I was fortunate to be acquainted with Gloria Hickey during my early years as an artist. With her background as a writer on the arts and as a curator of many exhibitions, she was influential in helping me gain an understanding of what was a new world (art) to me. She wrote essays that covered two of my exhibitions. These essays provide a good perspective on my work.
